⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I picked up my beautiful ring yesterday from Aleks Jewellers, and I honestly can’t put into words how happy I am with it. ❤️ A huge thank you to Richard, who made this ring especially for me. From the very beginning, he listened to exactly what I wanted and created something that feels completely personal to me. Seeing the finished ring for the first time was such a special moment — it was absolutely perfect and even more beautiful than I had imagined. Richard’s care, patience and attention to detail throughout the whole process were amazing. You can tell how much pride he takes in his work, and I’m so grateful for the time and effort he put into creating something so special for me. My now husband brought my engagement ring from Aleks in 2025 and had such an amazing experience we decided to buy our wedding rings from Aleks too…. A week before our wedding. My husband went in and saw Lucy and she was fabulous. She was such a calm presence amongst the chaos! Lucy measured his finger and made sure he picked a ring he was comfortable with and ordered it there and then so it would be ready the day before our wedding. The day after my husband got his ring, I went to get mine. Lucy recognised my husband and also wanted to help me chose the right one for me. We were treated to some sweets and drinks as it was such a HOT day! Again Lucy was so professional and gave such amazing advice and showed such patience when helping me make my choice. I honestly could not have made the decision without her! She also took my engagement ring for a polish and clean so it would be sparkling for our big day! When we went to collect our rings we were surprised with Prosecco! Everything was lovingly gift wrapped and we can’t thank Lucy enough for taking the stress off our backs during an already stressful time. We visited Aleks jewellers today for evaluating the wedding bands of our friends and Phil was extremely helpful and friendly. He confirmed they were genuine gold. I also bought a baptismal cross and chain from here earlier in the summer and the people who helped us were also very helpful and friendly. They have a great range of jewellery. We highly recommend them. Many thanks again
