My now husband brought my engagement ring from Aleks in 2025 and had such an amazing experience we decided to buy our wedding rings from Aleks too…. A week before our wedding. My husband went in and saw Lucy and she was fabulous. She was such a calm presence amongst the chaos! Lucy measured his finger and made sure he picked a ring he was comfortable with and ordered it there and then so it would be ready the day before our wedding. The day after my husband got his ring, I went to get mine. Lucy recognised my husband and also wanted to help me chose the right one for me. We were treated to some sweets and drinks as it was such a HOT day! Again Lucy was so professional and gave such amazing advice and showed such patience when helping me make my choice. I honestly could not have made the decision without her! She also took my engagement ring for a polish and clean so it would be sparkling for our big day! When we went to collect our rings we were surprised with Prosecco! Everything was lovingly gift wrapped and we can’t thank Lucy enough for taking the stress off our backs during an already stressful time. He confirmed they were genuine gold. I also bought a baptismal cross and chain from here earlier in the summer and the people who helped us were also very helpful and friendly.
