Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Special Delivery within 2-3 days. (Please note this may vary during busy times like over the Christmas period)

For orders over £500 delivery is FREE

For orders under £500 delivery is charged at £9.95

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your jewellery purchase, but we understand that ocassionally it might not be quite right. For returns and exchanges, please see the following guidance.

Online Orders

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Bespoke or personalised items, earrings and belly bars are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected] and quote your order number and reason for return. Once we have confirmed please then send your item back to us at the following address:

We recommend sending your item back to us via recorded delivery and keep a note of your tracking number. We do not accept liability for returned goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return has been checked and accepted we will issue your refund within 30 days. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bespoke Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for bespoke or personalised items.
